UNS N07750 Plate

UNS N07750 plate is a corrosion-resistant, high strength precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium super-alloy plate. It provides high corrosion and oxidation resistance and maintains its strength at temperatures from cryogenic to 1300 degree F. When heat-treated, X-750 plate exhibits good strength up to 1800 degree F. It is easy to form and weld, making it an ideal alloy plate material for structural and high wear applications.

Inconel X-750 alloy has good process performance, but the following factors need to be considered during processing and forming:

Inconel X-750 requires heat treatment to obtain the best mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The heat treatment conditions can be adjusted according to the required performance.

Inconel X-750 can be cold-processed to obtain higher strength, but attention should be paid to the brittleness of the material and excessive cold processing should be avoided.

When cutting Inconel X-750, tools with sufficient hardness and toughness should be used, and proper cooling and lubrication should be maintained.

Inconel X-750 has good welding performance, but appropriate welding materials and processes need to be selected to avoid problems such as weld cracking.

The surface of Inconel X-750 usually needs pickling and descaling to ensure its excellent corrosion resistance.
